At our core, we are a coffee brand focused on quality, health, and philanthropy. We believe that great coffee should be accessible to everyone, and we work hard to make that a reality.
We source our organic beans from some of the best growers in the world, and we roast them to perfection in our state-of-the-art facility. This ensures that every cup of coffee we produce is of the highest possible quality. Our owner developed an innovative “Free Air” roasting process that keeps the burners completely separate from the roasting chamber so that harmful exhaust gasses never come into contact with the beans. Instead of applying heat directly, the system heats a dedicated boiling chamber, where the air is dehumidified and filtered before being introduced into the roasting chamber. This ensures the beans are roasted with pure, toxin-free air, resulting in a cleaner, healthier product that is better for both you and the environment.
Free Air roasting sets itself apart by ensuring the coffee beans never come into contact with harmful combustion byproducts. This matters even more for organic coffee, which remains in its purest, rawest form until it’s roasted. In fact, many people don’t realize that improperly roasted organic coffee can end up being up to 20% more “unhealthy” than mainstream, non-organic GMO coffees, precisely because it is so unprocessed and thus more vulnerable to process-induced toxins. When organic beans go through a traditional roasting process, any exhaust gasses or other harmful substances have a more pronounced impact on the final product.
By contrast, the Free Air roasting technique (adopted by several roasters across the U.S.) works by separating the burners from the roasting chamber, so no exhaust gasses ever meet the beans. Additionally, the beans are roasted only after the air has been heated, filtered, and dehumidified in a dedicated chamber, preventing contamination and preserving the coffee’s inherent purity. This means that when you order your coffee, it’s roasted fresh on the day of your order, free from exhaust gasses and other process-induced toxins. Not only does this method maintain the flavor and aroma of your coffee, but it also delivers a cleaner, healthier cup—supporting the very reasons many people choose organic in the first place.
Our new innovative roasting process allows us to prepare the beans in micro-batches and package them unbelievably fresh! We don't roast our beans until we have your order. Every order is roasted and shipped the same day. This is what sets us apart from our competitors!
